It's part of a series of videos trending online at the moment of popular songs sped up when lyrics are repeated constantly throughout the song.

The song Roxanne is normally 3 minutes and 15 seconds long but in this video it's sped up to only last 1 minute 54 seconds.

Roxanne is repeated 26 times throughout the song.
