A woman's trick for reducing the time her husband spends sitting on the toilet and wasting time has gone viral online.
The woman shared her hack on the Reddit forum where it sparked some heated discussions.
"My husband and I are the parents of twins who are less than a year old." her post began.
Anytime my husband SHOULD be doing something with the children (it's his turn for a diaper, a bottle, even just soothing a fussy newborn) he ALWAYS goes to the bathroom first. We are both on maternity / paternity leave currently.
Fed up of her husband's toilet habits, the woman came up with a clever idea...
Today I started a new rule. If he is in the bathroom for more than 10 minutes, I flip the wifi off. He has not spend more than 15 minutes in the bathroom at a stretch today, but is extremely upset.... He feels I am being unreasonable.
She then asked other forum users for their thoughts, most of them thought the woman was well in her rights with her actions.
"Yep, my ex did the same thing. The longest was 3 hours. THREE fricken HOURS. And he had no medical issue, just acute selfishness." one wrote.
"NTA He got busted hiding in the bathroom to avoid parenting. If turning off the wifi works, do it." added another.
What do you think of the woman's trick?
