This might be one of the more unusual recipes in my cookbook, but it comes courtesy of my stepson Jay. He has even brought this to school for lunch a few times!

Don't turn up your nose just yet, this recipe was actually inspired by a classy piece of literature. Captain Underpants. Here, the acidity of the mustard and the crunch of the cornflakes perfectly complement one another. Who knows it might surprise you.

Ingredients:

- 2 Slices of bread - Mustard - Cornflakes

Method:

- Take some bread and spread mustard over it. - Add cornflakes. - Close sandwich. - Enjoy!
