Lindsey played Cathy Sims, the cool Dunder Mifflin temp that ended up acting as a foil to the Jim and Pam relationship while Pam is on maternity leave. Lindsey shares how she got her job on “The Office” and how much she knew about her character when she started. She describes how later she learned that Cathy was going to act as the “wedge”.
