WATCH: Jack Osbourne admits Sharon 'isn't OK' following Ozzy's death

He also fought through tears describing watching his father perform for the last time.

Jack Osbourne has opened up about how the family has been coping since rock legend Ozzy Osbourne passed in July.

In a recent interview with 'Good Morning America', the youngest Osbourne child said the family are still feeling the extreme love and support of fans around the world.

“None of us expected it to be like this with that outpour of love,” Jack said.

“When people ask me how she’s [Sharon's] doing, I say she’s OK… but she’s not OK. I know she feels the love, and it’s just been on a level none of us could’ve imagined.”

Jack got real about the weight of losing a parent. “Every child sits there and has this thought about one day their parents won’t be there and what will that be like? It’s just part of being human..."

But following Ozzy's death, Jack says it had "a different weight to it.”

He also shared his tough emotions felt during Ozzy's final farewell gig with Black Sabbath just weeks before his passing.

“I ran into the dressing room, gave him a big hug, kissed him, and said, ‘Crush it, you’re gonna do so good,’” Jack recalled while fighting through tears.

“I was in the crowd with my brother, and we were just crying - not because of feeling sorry for him, not because we were sad for him. I think it was because we knew it was the last time."

In hindsight, it was like a living wake. He got to say goodbye to everyone.

With Ozzy's memoir 'Last Rites' dropping this week, Jack admitted the final chapter was the hardest to read.

“Not many of the family members have read the book yet - it’s been difficult time for everyone. For me, the last chapter is what I’ve reflected on the most. He finished it just a few days before he passed.”

The memoir, along with his final Black Sabbath concert, were Ozzy’s last ways to say goodbye to his fans who his family say he "loved deeply".
