This week we welcome World Rugby Sevens Referee and Citing Commissioner Manager Paddy O'Brien. We talk through his 13 year stint on the World Sevens Circuit, becoming one of the world's first professional rugby referees, some incredible stories from his time in the police during the 1981 Springbok Tour and his incredible community work with ILT and Hawthorndale Care Village.

Before that, Logan, Nathan & Nick cover off the big sporting stories of the week including Corbin Strong coming within centimetres of a maiden Grand Tour stage victory in the Giro, Kate Heffernan adding to the Southern Steel's injury woes and the lengths our intrepid Southland Tribune founder Logan Savory will go to to cover club rugby every weekend.
