Owner and Coach of All Star Boxing Academy Benny Harrington joins us for a yarn. Benny has had some of the fighters who train at All Star before, including Benjamin Hussain, Vegas Larfield and Liam Wilson. We talk to Benny about his childhood and how he started out in Muay Thai before finding a passion for Boxing and how that passion transitioned into training. We cover how hectic it is cutting weight, nutrition, using boxing as a purpose, travelling around the world for competitive events and boxing in the Olympics before wrapping up with the guest questions.
