Sorry to hear you're having issues with live streaming. Here are some things that might help:

1. 1. Check your Internet Connection. You can stream via Wi-Fi or 3G/4G.
2. Make sure your phone and operating system are compatible with the rova app.

All Apple mobile devices running iOS 11 or higher are currently supported.

Android
Most Android mobile devices running OS version 6.0 and above are supported, including the following:

You need a Mediaworks Account to login to rova. We use your Mediaworks Account to understand what you like and to let you know about new content you might be interested in. You also use your Mediaworks Account to access content from The Edge, Mai FM, The Rock, George FM, More FM, Magic, REX, The Breeze, The Sound, Channel X and Humm. If you reset your Mediaworks Account through the rova app, it will also change in all these other places.

Depending on the device you're using, you might need to update to the latest version operating system. There are certain older Apple devices that don't have the capability to run iOS 11 and above.

Using your device, head to the Google Play Store, search for rova and install the app. It’s 100% free. If you've got multiple devices, you'll need to download rova on each of them.

rova is supported for any Android mobile devices running OS 6 or higher that have a mobile network data connection*. 

Depending on the device you're using, you might need to update to the latest version operating system.

*Unfortunately wi-fi only tablets are not supported.

To make the most of rova, the app needs to know who you are. It will ultimately mean greater customisation and personalisation. Sometimes advertisers will want to communicate to a specific group of people, so knowing a few details about you means we can do that for them.

If you decide to edit your email address for your account, tap the cog icon at the bottom right of the screen, then tap ‘Manage Profile’. Scroll down to email address field to edit.

If you decide to delete your account, tap the cog icon at the bottom right of the screen, then tap ‘Manage Profile’. Scroll down to the delete account link at the bottom of the screen.

On the rova mobile app, tap 'login' on the homepage, then tap 'Reset it' at the bottom of the screen.

If you want to reset your password and you're already logged in:
Tap the cog icon at the bottom right of the screen, then tap 'Manage Profile'. Scroll down to the change password link at the bottom of the screen.
