Swifties reckon they’ve cracked when and where Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce could be getting married!
One TikToker has shared a story that has sent the Swiftie rumour mill into overdrive - and the clues are very on brand.
Regina Potenza filmed herself sharing a story time about a friend's mum (a classic source) who apparently spilled some tea that’s led fans to believe Taylor’s wedding might be involved.
According to Regina, another couple who’d booked a very fancy Rhode Island venue were suddenly asked to move their date by a “mystery woman.”
The mum allegedly found out from the bride because she was supposed to be attending the wedding.
The unnamed "wealthy woman" not only offered to pay for the entire wedding of the couple who would be moving dates, but also their honeymoon.
So why is the date important? The wedding in question was scheduled for June 13, 2026.
13 people…13!!! Whose favourite number is that? None other than Miss Taylor Alison Swift.
Taylor’s obsession with the number is iconic. It’s her birthdate and has featured numerous times to successes in her career.
In a 2009 interview with Jay Leno, Taylor Swift explained all the reasons why it's her lucky number.
“I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first No. 1 song had a 13-second intro,” she said.
“Every time I’ve won an award I’ve been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter. Basically, whenever a 13 comes up in my life, it’s a good thing.”
And just to add more fuel to the theories, Taylor and Travis announced their engagement on August 26 - exactly 13 days after her August 13 appearance on the Kelce brothers' 'New Heights' podcast.
While Potenza didn't share the exact location she found out because it's "an invasion of privacy", other Swifties have speculated it might be The Breakers in Newport - a massive $500 million USD mansion.
But before the internet could spiral too far, the Preservation Society of Newport County, who own the place, came out with some disappointing news.
“Taylor Swift is not getting married at the Breakers,” they told Daily Mail, shutting down speculation.
Still, Swifties aren’t buying it.
Whether the Rhode Island venue rumours are true or not, we’ll be paying close attention around June 13 to see if it is the day the couple tie the knot.
