Aucklanders are about to get a brand-new indoor activity option just in time for winter - darts!
But there’s a bit more to it than that.
We’re not talking about the old dusty dartboard hidden in the corner of the pub, although credit where it’s due, because those still slap.
A new interactive darts venue is opening in the Viaduct later this month, mixing your average game of darts with digital scoring, mini games and more.

Honestly, the worst part of darts is having to keep track of the score and whose turn it is anyway, so the new interactive version handles all of that for you.
You can just focus on actually hitting the board… sometimes.
La Di Darts officially opens on May 29, taking over part of the soon-to-be refreshed Holey Moley mini golf course.

Holey Moley is also relaunching with 18 brand-new themed mini golf holes, including Y2K-inspired setups and tropical themes.
Which, to be fair, was probably needed. There are only so many times you can go before you start memorising every single putt.
Deciding what the next group activity can be tough - especially when most of the options being thrown out are grabbing a drink or heading to the movies.
The new venue joins the growing list of interactive activities popping up around NZ lately. Serve Social in Christchurch,
Between smash rooms, virtual reality games, axe throwing, bowling and now interactive darts, there aren’t many excuses left to stick around home even when the weather turns for the worse.
