Olivia Dean has just won her first-ever Grammy Award at this year's 86th ceremony.
Winner of the 'BEST New Artist' category, Olivia dedicated her award to her team and family, including her immigrant grandmother.
"I never really imagined that I'd be nominated, let alone be up here,” she began.
She continued to thank her team: "We've been doing this for 10 years."
She said the award was also for her family, who have always supported her.
I'm up here as a granddaughter of an immigrant. I'm a product of bravery, and I think those people deserve to be celebrated.
“We're nothing without each other,” she reminded the audience.
Olivia was presented the award by none other than last year’s recipient, Chappell Roan, who has made quite the outfit choice at this year’s awards.
The pop sensation arrived at the event wearing a sheer, red coloured gown that appeared to be held up entirely by her nipple piercings. YEAH OUCH!
It might just be the boldest look of the years so far - and soooo Chappell coded.
Before winning her award, Olivia captured our attention in a red mini dress, surrounded by a jazz band performing her smash hit ‘Man I Need’ - those horns brought the vibes!
This is Olivia’s year for sure! We can’t wait to see what more she achieves, ‘cause we know there’s plenty more success coming for her.
