Nominate Your Wednesday Weather Kid!

A young boy wearing headphones speaks into a microphone in a radio studio, with radio station logos and promotional text overlaid.

Has your kid ever dreamed of being on the radio? Nelson’s 97.6 The Breeze and McDonald’s Nelson, Tahunanui and Motueka are giving local kids the chance to get behind the mic and become our very own Wednesday Weather Kid!

Each week, one lucky kid will join The Breeze to deliver the Wednesday weather forecast, experience the excitement of being on air, and create a lifelong memory they’ll never forget. Plus, they’ll score a $50 McDonald’s Breakfast Voucher!

Think your kid has what it takes to be our next Wednesday Weather Kid? We’d love to hear from you!
