Manawatū's More FM and eHaus Manawatū are giving one deserving Manawatū school, kindergarten, sports club or charity the chance to bring their building project to life with a prize valued at over $10,000!

Head to the More FM Manawatū Facebook page and find the "Lends A Hand" competition post.

Comment by tagging the school, kindergarten, sports club or charity you're nominating, and tell us why they deserve to win.

Feel free to make your nomination as creative as possible! (You could even make a video).

You can also text "HAND" to 559 and we'll send you the link straight to the Facebook post.

Entries open at 6:00am on Monday 10 August and close at 10:00am on Thursday 20 August.
