John Aiken is joining the Breeze!

He’ll be on-air with Mike Puru on Wednesday to celebrate Lessons on Living, a powerful new Sky NZ Originals documentary series inspired by the final book from beloved New Zealand clinical psychologist and broadcaster Nigel Latta, premiering on Sky Open on Wednesday 14th October at 8.30pm and available on ThreeNow and Neon from this date.

Through candid conversations, personal stories and social experiments, the series explores how these ideas can help us cope with grief, anxiety, adversity, and change. Contributors, including Shaun Johnson, Dr Lucy Hone, Amelia Kerr, Rachel Hunter, Gilbert Enoka, Anika Moa and BENEE, share the lessons they've learned from life's defining moments.

Featuring insights from Nigel's wife, Dr Natalie Flynn, and his brother, Craig Latta, the series offers a deeply personal look at the experiences that shaped his work, celebrating Latta's lasting legacy and the practical wisdom that continues to resonate with Kiwi today.
