These are easy to make and keep you off the stove… so you won't burn the house down because you forgot about the pizza in the oven.

Ham & Cheese Hash Brown Double Downs
Ingredients | Makes 2
4 frozen hash browns
Sliced ham
4 slices of cheese
Optional extras: mustard, mayo, BBQ sauce
Cook the hash browns Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
Build your “Double Downs” Take one hash brown and add: slice of cheese, folded ham, and top with another hash brown
Melt it all together Place assembled stacks back in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 3–5 minutes (until cheese is melted and everything is heated through)
Serve Let sit for a minute and add sauces if you want

Crunchy Crumpet Loaded Cheesy Garlic Bread
Ingredients | Makes 2
2 crumpets
2 tbsp butter (softened)
1–2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tbsp chopped herbs (parsley or mixed herbs)
Pinch of salt
Sliced ham
Make the garlic butter Mix butter, garlic, herbs, and a pinch of salt
Prep the crumpets Spread garlic butter generously into all the crumpet holes and top each piece with ham & cheese
Air fry Preheat air fryer to 180°C and cook for 5–7 minutes (until edges are crispy and cheese is melted)
Serve Let cool slightly and demolish
Optional upgrades: Sprinkle chilli flakes for a kick and Drizzle a tiny bit of honey for a sweet-salty combo
