Author Grace Curtis joins Mel to talk about her book "The best is yet to come". The book details Grace's story of going through one of the worse situations anyone could, discovering your Dad has committed suicide, to now being a mental health advocate and helping others that have gone through something similar. Grace goes in depth about her story, her experience with grief and how she started 'Cool Change' and became a mental health advocate. The show's pharmacist Piyara chats with Mel about online fitness programs and plans and making sure that you are fully ready to go when participating in these. Piyara makes sure that you know what to look out for especially if your on heart medication so that you can safely participate in these programs even if your working out from home.

And lastly Mel talks to Hamish Acland, co-founder of Mons Royale and how they emphasise one of the more underrated aspects of health and wellness, the outdoors. Hamish speaks about starting Mons Royale with his wife Hannah, how they incorporate the outdoors into their business, how he is able to keep the balance of work and relationship with Hannah as well as how they've been able to take their business to the world stage.
