Time to get Dirty at Muddy Buddy 2026

Grab your best bud and come on down Sunday the 15th of March, with registrations opening at 10:30am and the first race kicking off at 12:30pm.

This muddy team event is all about fun, laughter, and getting messy together. With loads of spot prizes including a brand new bike from My Ride Richmond & Motueka. There are prizes for the best eco-friendly dress-ups, so get creative!

Make a day of it with food, coffee, ice creams, raffles, mud masks, a white elephant stall, a silent auction including prizing from Skydive Abel Tasman and Waiti Wood and more, and more.

Muddy Buddy is a family fun run, and everyone must run with a buddy. Teams can choose to do one, two or three laps, and the event is recommended for ages eight and up. Children under eight must be accompanied by an adult.

Muddy Buddy plans to go ahead regardless of the weather on the day. However, should the event not proceed for any reason, ticket purchases are non-refundable and will be treated as a donation to Tasman School.
