The Single Fin Mingle is back, and it’s bringing more than just world-class traditional longboarding to the shores of the ‘03’. This isn’t your average surf festival—it’s a simple formula of bringing great people together to celebrate the culture we love.
From March 26th to 29th, Sumner will be transformed into a hub of creativity and community. This year’s "Lovesick" festival features:
The Surf: An invitational longboard contest showcasing the world's best.
The Arts: Immersive art shows and international film screenings.
The Party: Two massive nights of live music and the legendary Saturday Street Party.
More Than Waves: The Mingle leads from the front. Since 2015, they’ve been pioneers in gender equality, offering equal prize money and showcasing wahine talent. Plus, with a commitment to a waste-free future, you’ll see the team hand-sorting recycling to ensure we leave our beaches better than we found them.
