Eight contestants are about to step onto the turf at Central Energy Trust Arena with one simple objective: evade a wall of security, stay on your feet, and outlast everyone else.
The Machine Co. Survivor Challenge is hitting the field during half-time at the Manawatū Turbos v Canterbury clash on Saturday 3 October 2026.
Eight pre-selected fans will make their way down from the stands to take on "security" (played by the physical squad of the Manawatū Rugby Academy) who are tasked with eliminating every last person until only one survivor remains to take home a $2,000 prize pack.
