The Positive Ageing Expo is back for 2026, bringing together everything that helps people in our community stay active, connected, and living well.
Happening on Saturday, 21st March from 10am to 2pm at the Headingly Centre in Richmond, the expo is a chance to explore more than 80 stalls showcasing health services, recreation options, support networks, and community groups from across the Nelson Tasman region.
Visitors can enjoy demonstrations, classes, expert talks, and friendly conversations with people who are passionate about helping others make the most of every stage of life.
There’s also a fundraising BBQ on site — perfect for a relaxed bite between browsing.
Whether you’re looking for practical advice, new activities to try, or simply a great day out, the Positive Ageing Expo offers something for everyone. Come along, explore, and be inspired.
