The Harcourts Marlborough Kids Duathlon is back this October, bringing a fun, confidence‑building day of running and biking to Brancott Estate Vineyard. Designed for ages 4 - 18, this event encourages tamariki to get active and give it a go.

There are no place winners - this event is all about participation, confidence and having fun. Instead, kids are celebrated with random spot prizes drawn throughout the morning.

This year features Beat the Bear, a 500m dash for kids aged 4-7, perfect for little runners, with parents welcome to join in.

Short Course — Run 1km, Bike 3km, Run 1km
Long Course — Run 2km, Bike 5.5km, Run 1km
Beat the Bear — 500m dash for ages 4–7

With an off‑road course and a stunning vineyard backdrop, it’s a safe, supportive event that brings families together for a great day outdoors. Race briefing is at 9:15am, and all bikes must be in transition by 9:00am
