As one of New Zealand’s largest and most iconic agricultural, pastoral and community events, The Wānaka A&P Show brings together rural tradition, local talent and a great day out for all ages.
Across two action-packed days, enjoy a wide range of attractions including livestock and equestrian competitions, the crowd-favourite Pet First Veterinary Jack Russell Race, home industry displays, artisan food experiences and classic rural demonstrations such as wood chopping and sheep shearing. The grounds will be buzzing with food trucks, rides, shopping stalls and live entertainment throughout the event.
The Life & Leisure Local Larder showcases the region’s best food and drink with tastings and live cooking demonstrations, while the Gallaway Cook Allan Agri Exchange highlights innovation, services and equipment from across the agricultural sector. Family favourites such as the farmyard, dog trials and interactive competitions ensure there’s something happening at every turn.
