We're stoked to confirm that one of the world’s most iconic rock bands, Foo Fighters, will make their highly anticipated return to New Zealand in January 2027. Following a massive run through Australia, Dave Grohl and the band are bringing their legendary live energy to our shores for the Take Cover Tour.
This tour marks a historic milestone for the South Island, with Foo Fighters officially announced as the first international band to play the brand-new One New Zealand Stadium in Christchurch. After kicking things off down south, the band heads to the North Island to take over the newly refurbished Western Springs Stadium in Auckland.
True to their reputation for supporting local music, the band has hand-picked a heavy-hitting lineup of Kiwi talent to join them. In Christchurch, fans will see Wellington’s Dartz and Dunedin’s Seek Help!, while Auckland will be treated to the high-octane sounds of Dick Move and Ringlets.
