Davis Cup: New Zealand vs Japan
International tennis is coming to Auckland this September, with New Zealand taking on Japan in the Davis Cup – the World Cup of men's tennis.
Event: Davis Cup – New Zealand vs Japan
Date: Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 September 2026
Venue: Trusts Arena, Auckland
Tickets: From just $20
The Davis Cup is bringing two days of world-class tennis to Auckland, with New Zealand's best men's players going head-to-head with Japan in a World Group I clash.
Expect incredible rallies, big serves, plenty of skill and an electric atmosphere as the Kiwi team battles it out on home soil. There's nothing quite like the Davis Cup, where players have the chance to represent their country and compete with national pride on full display.
The young New Zealand team of Ajeet Rai, Finn Reynolds, James Watt, Isaac Becroft and Anton Shepp will be hungry for another win on home soil after their incredible victory over Bosnia & Herzegovina in Whangārei earlier this year.
And with thousands of tickets already sold, this is shaping up to be the biggest tennis event in Auckland this year outside of the ASB Classic.
The best part? This is an indoor event, making it a fantastic option for families and sports fans, with discounted children's tickets available.
