The Sound’s annual ‘Hall Of Fame’ Countdown ranks the 500 greatest songs that shaped the history of rock and roll, and once again, the Floyd fans united in full force to make 'Comfortably Numb' the #1 song again this year - five years strong!
Pink Floyd's 'Wish You Were Here' also stole the #2 spot from Led Zeppelin's 'Stairway to Heaven', breaking the reign Zep held over that silver position since 2021.
A special mention goes out to the late Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne. His track 'Crazy Train' and Black Sabbath's 'War Pigs' re-entered the countdown after a two year absence to rise into the top 10 of this year's Hall of Fame.
