Imagine rocking up to your local burger spot for a feed and finding two UFC GOATs just parked up.
That’s exactly what happened to one lucky young bloke at Chebbo’s Smash Burgers in Sydney over the weekend.
CCTV footage captured the moment the kid walked through the door and did a double-take so hard he nearly gave himself whiplash.
His jaw dropped to the floor as he realised he was standing in front of UFC legends Alexander Volkanovski and Israel Adesanya.
The view then switched to a phone video, and that’s when we could hear the hilarious audio.
“Ain’t no way there’s both,” he says in the clip, while the lads just sit there cracking up.
Volk stuck out his hand and gave him a casual “How are you, mate?” before Izzy stood up and dapped him up into a bro hug.
Izzy asked, “You well?”, and the kid gave the only answer possible: “I am now.”
The video ends with the lads just cracking up, while the kid, still in a state of shock, had his hands on his head, jaw to the floor.
The comments were giving all love to the lucky kid.
“How good were they to him?” one commenter wrote.
Others called it “awesome”, “brilliant” and “gold”.
“Fighters always seem to treat fans better than any other sport,” was the opinion of another.
The two superstars were in Sydney for UFC 325, where Volkanovski put on a clinic to defend his featherweight title against Diego Lopes via unanimous decision.
Izzy was there in support of fellow Kiwi superstar, our good mate Dan Hooker, who unfortunately went down by way of TKO to Benoit Saint-Denis.
