Fans of the late Sir Sam Neill are thanking Bryce Dallas Howard for sharing an intimate clip of the acting legend singing an iconic tune with his co-stars.

Dallas Howard posted the clip in tribute to Neill, who died on Monday in Sydney, Australia, at the age of 78. In the video, the beloved performer croons The Beatles' hit 'Blackbird' alongside his 'Jurassic Park' co-stars Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum, who accompanies on the piano.

Dallas Howard explained the moment happened while the stars were living in "a little bubble" at a hotel while filming 'Jurassic World Dominion' during the pandemic.

"I said that if anyone was going to go through a pandemic together, I was so glad it was with you. I still am," she captioned the post.

"Sam was exactly who you hoped he’d be," she continued.

"Funny, warm, wickedly self-deprecating, endlessly kind. A beautiful human being who happened to also be Alan Grant."

Fans flocked to the comments section to express their gratitude for getting a glimpse behind the scenes, with one telling Dallas Howard, "You have no idea how much these tributes are helping all of us right now to cope with this. We are so lost."

"This is just so touching," another comment read.

Dallas Howard added of Neill: "Sam had an immense passion for life. Generous with his wine, his stories, his time.

"One of the most unassumingly attractive and magnetic people I’ve ever met. One of the greats, in every sense. He loved his home. He loved his family, his pets, his farm. He was a friend to everyone.

"I love you, Sam. I miss you. I love you," she finished, including a snap of the pair smiling for a selfie.

Dallas Howard's ode to her friend and co-star is just one of a wave of tributes flooding in from fans, directors, actors and more the world over.
