WATCH: LUUDE drops music video for 'Down Under' featuring tomato sauce, ice cream and pies

The music video for the song of the summer has arrived.

Off the back of massive international success, Aussie producer LUUDE has just release the music video for his smash 'Down Under.'

The rework of Men At Work's 1981 classic has reached Platinum status in New Zealand, taken out the number one spot on our charts, and racked up almost 100 million streams across all platforms.

On the inspiration for the music video, an official release reads 'Honing back to the decade and generation in which the original 'Down Under' was birthed, the clip is set in front of an 80s style beach studio backdrop, featuring a sun-soaked Aussie raver, tomato sauce-topped ice cream, a sunscreen drenched meat pie, and Luude himself.

'Just as Luude's rework has recaptured the allure of the Australian culture to fathom a worldwide anthem, the official music video will remind both local and international audiences just why the world can't help but become engrossed by the extraordinary nature of the land Down Under.'

LUUDE recently dropped the follow up to 'Down Under' - a bootleg mashup of The Verve's 'Bittersweet Symphony' and The Police's 'Message In A Bottle' which you can find here.

Check the 'Down Under' music video out up top, and check out Sin & Brook's chat with LUUDE below, where he discusses just how much the track has changed his life.

If you're keen to see him in action live in Aotearoa make sure you grab your tickets to his Auckland or Christchurch show here - he'll be crossing the ditch in June.
