Doja Cat was uncharacteristically lost for words when she was asked if she's really quitting music on the 2022 Grammys red carpet.
The singer was asked about the future of her career after she went on a shocking rant on Twitter last week declaring she "f**king quit" music, saying she "couldn't wait to disappear".
The tweets came after Doja fans complained about standing outside in the rain to meet the star after she had to cancel a show last minute due to a storm, only for the rapper to not appear.
"This s*** ain't for me so I'm out. Y'all take care," she tweeted.
In a chat with Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet, Doja Cat confirmed she would be going ahead with her North American tour, but things got super awkward when the reporters asked if she was really quitting for good.
"That can't happen, you're too good!" one of the ET hosts said.
"Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..." Doja Cat replied.
"We're here at the Grammys, it's a great time and I'm so happy to be here. Thank you guys so much," she finished, in maybe the least subtle change of subject we've ever seen.
Doja please, Say (it ain't) So! See what we did there?
