Trisha Paytas reveals third baby name more unhinged than Malibu Barbie

Trisha Paytas has officially named baby number three, and it’s safe to say jaws are on the floor.

In a very on-brand reveal, the YouTuber took to Instagram and her Just Trish podcast to announce her son’s name.

"💙AQUAMAN MOSES PAYTAS-HACMON💙," she captioned the post.

Yes, like the half-human, half-scaly King of Atlantis.

Trish revealed her firstborn son arrived earth side July 12 at 12:40am.

In the podcast reveal, Trish unzipped her hoodie to show off a custom bedazzled tee with the name printed front and centre, explaining her long-standing love for the film franchise.

“I said it loud and proud in the C-section room,” Trisha said while mentioning the shock and confusion at the hospital.

Fans had been trying to guess the water-themed name for months - with guesses like Nemo, Poseidon and even Moby Dick floating around online.

I don’t think many of us were expecting the Jason Momoa character to be the final namesake.

And based on reactions, it’s a bit of a mixed bag.

“🌊🩵Baby of the year💙🌊,” said one commenter.

“Imagine being his teacher in a few years time and having to call out his name…I wouldn’t be able to keep a straight face 😂😭” added another.

“I think this beats Malibu Barbie for the weirdest name to name your kid,” wrote a third.

Even the official Duolingo account chimed in with: “Need to study her brain to see where she gets these names 😩💙🩵.”

Trisha and her husband Moses Hacmon are already proud parents to two girls - two-year-old Malibu Barbie and 12-month-old Elvis. 

We can’t wait to see how loved Aquaman will be by his sisters.
