Heidi Klum has done a lingerie photo shoot with her 18-year-old daughter Leni and it's causing quite a hot debate on the internet.
Klum and Leni appeared in Italian brand Intimissimi's most recent ad campaign. The two modelled black and white lingerie together in the photos — each wearing a bra, underwear and a pair of heels.
"Like mother and daughter," Intimissimi captioned a photo of the two.
However, not everyone was loving it. The negative comments began to outweigh the positive and Heidi had to turn off comments on her own post from the shoot.
But that didn't stop people from taking their opinions elsewhere. Many concerned fans took to Twitter to discuss the controversial pics.
"Does anyone else think it's kinda weird that Heidi Klum shot a lingerie campaign with her daughter? Seriously, imagine doing a photo shoot in lingerie with *your* mom," questioned one Twitter user.
Another chimed in saying: "I wouldn't do it with my mom and I wouldn't do it with my daughters either. Both beautiful but it's very awkward."
A third simply shared that they "Have to agree - was a bit cringy."
Meanwhile, others praised the mother-daughter pairing for the campaign.
One user confused by the backlash asked: "They look gorgeous. What's the problem?"
Another reminded people that "They are models, that's what they do. Celebrate women people!!!"
"So, would you care if it was bathing suits? I think they are nice photographs. @heidiklum and her daughter look great."
At the end of the day, the two are both adults and we're sure that Heidi has her daughter's best intentions at heart. The campaign has definitely got people talking, it just may not be for the reasons that they thought.
