All Blacks and Hurricanes' player Ardie Savea's shared a heartwarming interaction with a young lucky fan at Eden Park after their match against the Blues last month.
The video of the special moment was shared on Paddy Gower Has Issues's Instagram, saying: "@ardiesavea made this kid's night".
In the clip, Savea walked closer to a young supporter wearing a yellow signed Hurricanes' jersey among the Blues fans.
After personally greeting him, he thanked him and gave him a huge hug.
"Thanks for supporting me, my man," Ardie gratefully told his young supporter.
Ardie felt the urge to give his playing jersey to the young fella and you could tell he was shocked to have this thrilling interaction with one of his favourite players.
"You know what? Stuff it!" Ardie said as he asked Kiwi reporter Andrew Gourdie to help him remove his jersey off him.
While doing so, not only did he create a core memory for the young fan, but he also broke the rule that players are not allowed to give away their playing jerseys to fans.
"What a man. Potentially one of the greatest to ever play the game and a even greater person," one wrote under the video.
"Goat doing goat things," another wrote.
"Legend on and off the field" a third wrote.
It's wicked to see Ardie putting his fans first and creating a legacy for the next generation of rugby fanatics.
