Steve-O is officially 13 years sober!
Thirteen years ago on Wednesday, the Jackass star was placed in a 72-hour-psychiatric hold which was exetended to 14 days, which ultimately led him to changing his life.
On Wednesday, he marked the occasion by sharing a photo of him from 2006, and a recreated photo taken this year beside it.
In the first photo from 2006, Steve-O looks like he's having a big night on the gear, surrounded by nitrous oxide cannisters.
In the photo taken this year, Steve-O looks a lot healthier, and instead of being surrounded by nossies, he's surrounded by veggies.
Along with the images, he wrote:
"So grateful to be celebrating thirteen years of sobriety today... thanks to everyone who helped me make it this far and, as always, thanks to @johnnyknoxville for giving me the loving nudge that started my journey!"
