Sia has agreed to pay her estranged husband Dan Bernad more than $42,000 (£32,000) per month in spousal support.
The Chandelier singer and Bernad have reached an agreement over child support and custody of their two-year-old, Somersault Wonder Bernad, a year after Sia filed for divorce.
According to court documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, the Australian singer-songwriter agreed to pay Bernad $42,500 per month in child support, beginning on 1 April. The payments will continue until Somersault turns 18.
The 50-year-old has also accepted financial responsibility for their son's private school tuition, health insurance, agreed-upon extracurricular activities and uninsured healthcare costs, reports People and Us Weekly.
Following a long custody battle, the former couple have now agreed to share joint legal custody of Somersault, while physical custody will follow a set schedule that outlines specific weekdays and weekends, as well as a detailed breakdown of holiday plans.
For example, Bernad will have Somersault for Father's Day and Jewish holidays such as Hanukkah, while Sia will have their young son on Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas. They will rotate custody for other occasions, like Thanksgiving.
The Cheap Thrills singer tied the knot with Bernad in Italy in May 2023 and filed for divorce in March 2025, a year after welcoming Somersault.
Bernad had initially requested sole legal and physical custody of their son, claiming Sia was an unfit parent, but a judge denied his petition. He also requested more than $250,000 (£188,000) in temporary spousal support.
According to Monday's filing, the former couple resolved the spousal support issue in December.
In addition to Somersault, Sia is the mother to two adult adopted sons.
