Doctor Who has a new star and it's one of our favourites!
Sex Education's Ncuti Gatwa has been announced as the latest actor to play the iconic role of the Doctor.
"There aren't quite the words to describe how I'm feeling," Gatwa said on the official Doctor Who page.
"This role and show means so much to so many around the world, including myself, and each one of my incredibly talented predecessors has handled that unique responsibility and privilege with the utmost care," he added. "I will endeavor my upmost to do the same."
Gatwa joins a long list of actor's who've played the role of the Doctor, including Matt Smith, David Tenant, and most recently, Jodie Whittaker; the first woman to take on the role.
Speaking on the red carpet of the BAFTA's overnight, Gatwa shared how excited he is to share the news, considering he's been keeping it a secret since February.
