Sam Fender has postponed a pre-sale for three shows in his upcoming tour after a "sophisticated bot attack."
The Rein Me In singer took to Instagram Stories to break the news to fans.
"Being told by the promoters that there's been a sophisticated bot attack to the Gigantic ticket site which is impacting the St James' Park pre-sale," he wrote.
"We're having to move the Newcastle pre-sale to 9.30 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday 29 October) to ensure real fans get the tickets," he added.
The first pre-sale tickets for Fender's Proper Massive stadium tour in the UK and Ireland went on sale on Wednesday 28 October, with eligible fans able to purchase tickets for the shows.
However, the pre-sale tickets for three shows at St James' Park, held on the Gigantic ticket site, were paused on Wednesday morning, with Fender revealing on Instagram Stories that there had been a "sophisticated bot attack".
The pre-sale tickets for the remaining shows are being held on Ticketmaster and are reported to be unaffected.
The Mercury Prize winner will kick off his upcoming tour at St James' Park in his hometown of Newcastle on June 3, 2027, before performing in Edinburgh, Cardiff, Manchester and a further two shows at London's Wembley Stadium.
Tickets on general sale for all shows will be available from 9.30 am on Friday 30 October.
