Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrell's new Christmas movie trailer released

"The Christmas gift no one saw coming, but everyone needs. Cannot wait!"

Christmas gifts have started arriving early!

The trailer of the new Christmas musical movie 'Spirited' which stars Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrel has released and fans are loving this early Christmas gift.

"Hats off to the casting director for this film. You made our Christmas wishes come true" one fan wrote.

"The Christmas gift no one saw coming, but everyone needs. Cannot wait!" another wrote

"Yes please!! This holiday season just got so much better!!" a third wrote.

Couldn't agree more with what the fans have said, what a great casting!

The description box of the trailer read: "This isn't your great great great great great great grandparents' Christmas Carol (give or take)."

Based on Charles Dicken's classic, A Christmas Carol, Ryan will be playing Clint Briggs, a younger, funnier version of the old, crotchety Ebenezer Scrooge, while Ferrell will be portraying the ghost of Christmas Present.

According to an official statement, "Clint Briggs (Ryan Reynolds) turns the tables on his ghostly host until Present finds himself reexamining his own past, present and future. For the first time, "A Christmas Carol" is told from the perspective of the ghosts in this hilarious musical twist on the classic Dickens tale".

This Apple+ original feature will be released in all theatres on November 11, and we are not complaining about it. It's honestly beginning to sound a lot like Christmas!
