Since being in nationwide lockdown, you may notice a lot of people online chit chatting about a certain true crime docu series on Netflix called 'Tiger King'.

The show is gripping, jaw-dropping and full of twists and turns - even our favourite celebrities are obsessed with it! Including the Williams family.

Robbie Williams and his stunning wife Adya Field decided to share a fun 6 minute workout video on their Instagram, inspired by the Netflix show and it features Robbie in a rather interesting costume doing some rather interesting hip thrusts.
