Three wins, 18 top 10 finishes, and somehow it’s still cranks in a crowd

Rage Against the Machine’s Killing in the Name has been a staple in the Rock 2000 for more than two decades, and the numbers are pretty bloody impressive.

That puts it among the most successful songs in Rock 2000 history, sitting at #2 overall, behind Metallica’s One.

From Rock 2000 royalty to #12

Black Sabbath’s War Pigs has gone from Rock 2000 champion to number 12 in the space of a year, dropping 11 places after taking out the 2025 countdown.

War Pigs jumped a massive 18 spots from #19 in 2024 to claim the top spot, its first ever Rock 2000 win.

But from #1 to #12 is one hell of a comedown but it still goes hard in the mosh - have a look for yourselves.
