Rapper Lucki stabbed in skirmish involving Playboi Carti's crew

Rappers Lucki and Playboi Carti have been caught up in a brawl in the car park at ComplexCon in Los Angeles.

News reports revealed that multiple victims had been stabbed, including Lucki, who in social media videos appeared to have an injury to his face and neck.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the Sunset singer was in the parking lot around 4.40 pm on Saturday, surrounded by fans wanting photos, when an unknown suspect hit him in the side of the face, causing a laceration.

Another victim was seen being stabbed, and Los Angeles police then located two additional victims.

TMZ reported that of the four victims, three are in stable condition, and one transported themselves to hospital.

In one widely shared video, Lucki got in the front seat of a car with a wound on his neck, before being encouraged to move to the back seat as he held his bloody face.

In another video, Carti can be seen looking over at the altercation from his car window.

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the incident as an attempted murder. No arrests have been made.

ComplexCon is an annual festival and exhibition that brings together streetwear, sneaker culture, pop art, live music, food and design. Representatives for the event told People magazine that the incident had occurred "on the public street outside the event".

"We take incidents of this nature extremely seriously and remain focused on maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone attending ComplexCon," the statement continued.

Lucki and Playboi Carti have a history of online tension dating back to September 2024.
