RaeLynn has filed for divorce from her husband Joshua Davis after more than 10 years of marriage.

The country singer filed in Nashville, citing irreconcilable differences, according to court documents obtained by People magazine. The couple share a daughter, four-year-old Daisy Rae.

In a statement shared to Instagram, the God Made Girls singer shared that the divorce "has not been an easy decision".

"After much thought and prayer, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce," she wrote.

"As a working mom, I am committed to giving my daughter the love, stability, and support she will need while we navigate this next chapter together. I am grateful for the love and encouragement of my family, friends, and fans, and I respectfully ask for privacy as we move forward with grace and compassion."

The singer, whose full name is Racheal Lynn Woodward, married Davis in July 2015 after meeting him in church three years earlier.

"I'm so thankful that God gave me my person really at a young age," she said at the time. "I needed a solid person in my life, and he's easy on the eyes."

Davis enlisted in the army shortly after they tied the knot.

RaeLynn rose to fame on the second season of The Voice in 2012, where she was coached by Blake Shelton.

Following her time on the show, she has built a successful solo career off the back of her debut studio album, WildHorse, which topped the Billboard Top Country Albums chart in 2017.
