Paddy ‘the Baddy’ Pimblett has re-entered his post-fight “fat and happy” stage - and it’s making me hungry.
The UFC star has just dropped a new YouTube video titled ‘I Got Fat Again…’, proving once again that he’s the undisputed heavyweight champion of the post-fight binge.
After a brutal cut to make the 155lb (70kg) lightweight limit for his bout against Justin Gaethje, Paddy has revealed what he’s managed to put back on since then.
While he admits the video title is a bit of clickbait, saying he’s “not actually that fat”, he’s managed to creep up to roughly 86kg, which means a 16kg leap in a few weeks - impressive.
In all fairness, it’s not surprising - a lot of this weight can be credited to water retention from increased salt and carbs.
The video is basically just Paddy smashing back burgers, loaded fries, and massive breakfasts, sporting two black eyes given to him by Gaethje.
"Food is definitely the best part after a fight," Paddy said while inhaling a sandwich.
Paddy is known for ballooning out between fights. After beating Michael Chandler in April 2025, he put on nearly 20kg.
He previously told Men’s Health that there isn't any secret to his madness.
"There’s no rocket science to it… get yourself in a calorie deficit," he said. "Why do you think I get so fat? It’s because I go from eating 1500 to 2000 calories in a day to eating 8000 a day.”
Paddy knows he can indulge all he likes, because he’s got a personal nutritionist to whip him back in shape when he goes back into camp.
For now, he’s living up to his motto: “I’d rather be fat and happy than ripped”.
I respect the sh*t outta you, Paddy.
