Ozzy’s getting his own haunted house at Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights

Ozzy Osbourne's legacy is about to get the horror treatment, with Universal Studios announcing a haunted house dedicated to the Prince of Darkness at both its Orlando and Hollywood parks.

Honestly, if anyone deserves their own haunted house, it's Ozzy. The bloke basically spent his career turning nightmares into absolute bangers.

Universal says the attraction throws you straight into Ozzy's world, with twisted scenes inspired by his music, iconic imagery and the beautiful chaos that's followed him for decades. According to the park, you'll wander through a decaying landscape pulled straight from his lyrics where "music and mayhem collide".

Even better, the Osbourne family were involved in bringing it all together.

"Ozzy never stopped pushing boundaries and he loved anything that gave fans a new way to experience his music and the worlds he created," the family said. 

"Walking through these haunted houses, you'll recognize so many moments inspired by his music and imagination."

The experience will feature music from six of Ozzy's solo albums, including Blizzard of Ozz, Diary of a Madman, Bark at the Moon, No More Tears, Scream and Ordinary Man.

The two parks are doing things a little differently, too. Hollywood's version kicks off in Ozzy's hometown of Birmingham before heading into the Osbourne Asylum inspired by Diary of a Madman. Meanwhile, Orlando's attraction has guests jumping aboard the "Crazy Train" for a trip through some of Ozzy's most iconic album artwork.

Halloween Horror Nights runs on select nights from 28 August until 1 November, with tickets available now for both Orlando and Hollywood.
