Norwegian Olympic medalist confesses to cheating on girlfriend on live TV

Most Olympic post-race interviews stick to thanking their supporters, but Norwegian biathlete Sturla Holm Lægreid had other plans, confessing to cheating on his girlfriend on live TV.

Lægreid did not name the woman involved but confirmed he told her about the infidelity last week. When asked if he had considered what she might think hearing this on live TV, he replied, “Maybe I ruined myself now to get her back.”
