Olivia Cooke has compared the strict rules surrounding House of the Dragon scripts to Fort Knox.

The British actress, who plays Alicent Hightower in the fantasy drama, has revealed just how tightly the hit show's scripts are guarded, comparing the security surrounding them to Fort Knox, America's highly secure gold storage facility.

Speaking to ELLE, Olivia explained that cast members, including Milly Alcock and Matt Smith, are sent the scripts through a secure database.

"You're sent the script and it's like Fort Knox trying to get on the database where the scripts exist," the 32-year-old revealed.

However, the actress noted that despite the strict security measures, leaks still happen.

"Although it seems like an episode leaks every single week, so I don't know why (the cast) has to be so under lock and key about the scripts when we're filming, because the leaks never come from us," she told the publication. "But yes, it's very, very secretive."

Meanwhile, Olivia admitted that she struggled to keep her upcoming return to Apple TV series Slow Horses a secret, given that her character seemingly died in season one.

"I've told quite a lot of people," she confessed. "I keep forgetting because people are like, 'Oh, what are you up to?' I'm like, 'Oh, I'm just shooting Slow Horses.'"

She continued, "They were like, 'You were shot in the head, you died.' And I'm like, 'Thanks. Thanks for that.' And I'm like, 'S**t.' So yeah, technically a secret."

Olivia then added, "I (also) find it very hard to keep secrets about myself."

Slow Horses season six will premiere on 16 September, while the third season of House of the Dragon concluded earlier this month.
