Noel Gallagher has hinted that Oasis might tour again in 2027.

The guitarist was supposed to be talking about Manchester City's new football season on talkSPORT's Drive when he made the comment.

At the end of the conversation, hosts Andy Goldstein and Darren Bent asked Gallager directly if the rumours about a new tour were true.

"It's Liam, isn't it?" he joked. "He's not into it. He's not into Oasis anymore." He continued, "There must be something happening," and added, "Let's put it this way: there's no football tournament on next year. So we've got to do something in the summer, right?"

It's not the first hint the band has made about a return tour. Last September, when they finished their final Wembley Stadium concert, Liam Gallagher told the crowd, "I wanna thank you lot for keeping the faith and putting this band back on the map. See you next year."

The band's movie, Oasis: Don't Look Back In Anger, is due to be released on 11 September. The film is part documentary and part concert film, and tracks their journey from their early days as aspiring rock stars through to their 2025 reunion. It features the first joint interview from the notoriously feisty brothers about their comeback.

Fans have also been asking the brothers on social media if there will be another tour. Liam replied to one person, writing, "You are not the boss we will announce when the time is righteous."
