A man was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly entering rapper Nicki Minaj's property in Calabasas, Los Angeles, and refusing to leave.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that deputies had received a call about a trespassing suspect at the Starships rapper's home.
Security cameras reportedly captured the suspect roaming around the backyard. He was identified as a white man with a large red beard and long hair, wearing a grey tracksuit.
Security personnel detained the man until the police arrived. It is not clear whether the rapper or her family was at home at the time.
The suspect, identified as 36-year-old Leland Adams, did not respond to warnings from the property's security team, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told local TV news station NBC4 Los Angeles.
Law enforcement also told the outlet that this is not the first time Adams has been arrested in the Calabasas area. He remained in custody as of Wednesday afternoon.
The incident took place at the same Hidden Hills, Calabasas home that Minaj recently risked losing in a $500,000 (£376,000) judgment awarded to Thomas Weidenmuller, a bodyguard whom her husband, Kenneth Petty, was accused of attacking.
The judge had the option of forcing the sale of the mansion to settle the debt, but Minaj paid up before that eventuated.
Calabasas is an affluent city in Los Angeles County, California, in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, about 22 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.
