This stoner has some big balls.

20 year old Spencer Boston was in court on Monday for a basic marijuana possession charge. As he stood in front of the court and judge, he reached into his pocket and grabbed a joint.

He lit one up in front of the judge and when he was led away shouted "the people deserve better!"
