Magnum and Ben & Jerry's are going bite-sized and I will take 37, thanks

No bowl? No spoon? No worries.

Streets have just announced a new way to eat our favourite icey snack with the launch of Magnum Bites and Ben & Jerry's Peaces.

The new bite-sized snacks have been in the making for the past three years and claim to be able to change the way we enjoy our favourite flavours.

Magnum's Bites take the classic vanilla ice-cream, surrounds it with the thin layer of that iconic chocolate we know and love, and shrinks it down to the size of one mouthful.

Meanwhile. Ben & Jerry's 'Peaces' encase the brand's signature cookie dough and vanilla ice cream in chocolate, with a biscuit-crumb finish.

Streets spokesperson, Annie Lucchitti says "We're always looking for new and exciting ways to satisfy Kiwis' sweetest cravings and fit into their changing behaviours.

Please tell my flatmates I won't be emptying the dishwasher for the foreseeable future, as I no longer have a need for bowls or spoons.

The bite-sized snacks are set to hit shelves across Countdown, New World and Pak n Save stores nationally towards the end of this week.
