Lizzo's clapback at Kanye West is a masterclass in dealing with body-shaming dickheads

"I'm minding my fat, black, beautiful business!"

Lizzo has seemingly responded to Kanye West's gross AF comments about her being "overweight" in truly iconic Lizzo style.

As if we haven't heard enough from Kanye lately, the rapper sat down for an interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson last week where he called Lizzo "demonic" for promoting a "clinically unhealthy" body type.

"When Lizzo loses 10 pounds and announces it, the bots on Instagram, attack her for losing weight. Because the media wants to put out a perception that being overweight is the new goal, but it's actually unhealthy," Kanye said.

"Let's set aside the fact of whether it's fashion or in vogue - which it's not - or if someone thinks it's attractive. it's actually clinically unhealthy and for people to promote that, it's demonic. It's the genocide of the Black race."

Yowza.

Anyway, Lizzo wasn't letting it bring her down while performing in Toronto over the weekend, telling the crowd: "I feel like everybody in America got my motherf*king name in their motherf*king mouth for no motherf*king reason."

"I'm minding my fat, black, beautiful business!" said added, and to that, we say simply: Go. Off. Queen.

Now, of course, Lizzo didn't mention Kanye by name, so we can't be absolutely sure that's what she was referring to, but it seems highly likely.

Meanwhile, Kanye's Instagram and Twitter accounts were locked on Sunday (US time) after violating the platform's policies against hate speech - this time taking aim at Jewish people in an anti-Semitic rant.

"When I wake up I'm going death con 3 on Jewish people, " he wrote online shortly after his Instagram posts were restricted following the publication of an antisemitic message which was added to his feed earlier in the weekend.

The funny thing is I actually can't be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jews also you guys have toyed with me and tried to blackball anyone who opposes your agenda [sic]."

Kanye's Instagram was restricted and several posts were removed for breaking the platform's rules, with reports suggesting the deleted messages were aimed at Sean 'Diddy' Combs and claimed he was being controlled by Jewish people.

The 'Stronger' star later fumed about the move on Twitter, even calling out Mark Zuckerberg - boss of the Meta group which owns Instagram - for giving him the boot from the social media site.

The rapper shared a picture of him with Zuckerberg and tweeted: "Look at this Mark . How you gone kick me off Instagram."

Of course, all this drama comes off the back of Kanye's 'White Lives Matter' t-shirt stunt at Paris Fashion week, which prompted Gigi Hadid to label him a "bully" and a "joke" before Khloe Kardashian begged him to stop including Kim's name in the shitstorm.
